What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals manage their ADHD symptoms. Coaching works to help clients in practical ways by providing support, suggestions, and accountability. ADHD coaching aims to facilitate motivation and goal achievement.

Caryn's Approach

Caryn has a collaborative, client-centered coaching style. She believes that successful coaching is driven by the needs of the client, and guides people in the right direction. Caryn provides support, structure and accountability in her coaching partnerships.

Sessions

Sessions are 60-minutes each and are coupled with a mid-week check-in.
The format of sessions includes:

  • Reflect on achievements and obstacles
  • Problem solve primary issues
  • Update goals
  • Develop a plan to achieve new goals
  • Share weekly progress

The Results

Results are unique to the individiual. Clients will learn how their ADHD brain works, gain new skills, and unlock their potential with more confidence.
