Coaching for Adults

The main goal of coaching adults with ADHD is to help create a more balanced life by providing support, structure, and accountability.

Adult ADHD coaching consists of developing a partnership in which Caryn collaborates with clients to achieve their personal goals.

Caryn anchors client work by improving the executive function skills that can make work, home, and communication complex.

How it works

Adults working with Caryn can expect to develop a positive rapport and a client-centered working relationship. She accommodates each person’s unique needs, allowing customized coaching.

  • A results-driven experience that includes self-reflection, problem-solving, and adapting skills better suited for managing ADHD.
  • An accountability partner to support new habits.
  • Support for executive dysfunction that causes poor decision-making and negative emotions.

Weekly sessions are recommended to address the most pressing issues and a weekly support check-in call or text. Adult sessions are virtual. ADHD symptoms vary in each person. Coaching and progress monitoring is tailored to each individual’s needs.
