Coaching typically lasts about six months, however, every client has their own goals. The objective is to facilitate independence promptly.
ADHD coaching is an intervention that targets executive function.  Coaching is a consistent, collaborative partnership in which the coach guides the client to reach their specific goals and improve their confidence and productivity.

ADHD coaches like Caryn work collaboratively with clients to minimize the impact of symptoms on daily life, and provide accountability. Coaches focus on enhancing the creativity and skills that people already have, not fixing a presumed deficit. Coach and client work to turn issues into achievable goals.

Caryn works with clients who experience executive function challenges that stem from various disorders.  A diagnosis is not required for coaching.
